T4W 2K Clear Coat 2:1 DIAMOND VHS / 0.5L

DIAMOND VHS clearcoat is a high-solids, two-component acrylic product designed for professional bodyshops for car body repairs.

It guarantees a high gloss, durability and optimum spreadability. Thanks to its increased scratch resistance (SR - Scratch Resistant) and weather and UV resistance, the lacquer provides long-lasting protection.

DIAMOND VHS clearcoat is characterised by its strong, long-lasting curing. High hardness is achieved when drying with infrared radiators, painting in a spray booth, but also at room temperature. The high hardness as well as the UV and weather resistance ensure not only durability, but also an outstanding appearance of the coating, with intense gloss and depth.

Main features:

• High particle content guarantees high varnish hardness and resistance to mechanical and atmospheric influences
• Easy application of the varnish on large surfaces due to the longer open time of the structure

Application method:

1. Mixing 2:1 with dedicated hardener, addition of 15-25% T4W Blue Line thinner.
2. Varnishing in 2-3 layers, evaporation time 5-10 minutes
3. Drying time 25-30 hours at 20 C, 30 minutes with an IR radiator or at 60 C
4. Temperatures below 20 C increase drying time.
