Our paints are characterized by above-average covering power. A significant number of suppliers for filling aerosols use paints diluted 2:1 or 1:08. What does this mean for you? The math here is very simple:

Smaller mixing ratio = more resin in "undiluted" paint = less pigments = worse coverage

Our paints are true thick paint with a mixing ratio of 1:1, with very high covering strength. Our own experience shows that our basecoat paints are 35-45% more efficient than a comparable "undiluted" paint from a 2:1 system.

What to remember:

• The offer is aimed at painting entire elements.
• The color is selected from the basic variant, it does not take into account color changes associated with the age of the vehicle, the number of shades in the variant, weather conditions and the degree of sun exposure of the paint. All these factors and many, many others affect the shade of the paint element. Our paints are selected to maintain optimum matching, but still the shade may differ slightly from the painted part.
• Always do a test spray to check for color accuracy before working.
• Spray painting is never a substitute for a comprehensive paint repair. The final effect of the repair is influenced not only by the quality and exact choice of color, but also by the conditions of painting, the temperature in the workshop, the settings of the spray gun, the painter's technique, the thickness of the layers used, etc. Aerosol lacquer cannot perfectly replicate these factors.
• If you have chosen a basecoat (this is what most cars are painted with nowadays), you need to cover it with a clearcoat (glossy or matte - available in our store) after it dries. Otherwise the basecoat layer will be dull and the grains will not shimmer. Clear varnish also protects the coating from external factors and UV radiation.
• Remember before each use, shake the spray thoroughly to mix the paint inside. When you're done, turn the can upside down and press the nozzle to clean off any remaining paint. Finishing the job this way will make the spray reusable.

• If you wish to receive a color previously matched with us, please provide the order number from the sticker on the can. This way we will be able to identify the previously used shade.

Step-by-step repair:

1. Prepare the place where you will repair the body. Remember, any dust, dirt or silicone particles in the air are your enemy and can destroy the whole effect of your work.
2. if possible, dismantle the repaired component, it is easier to paint on a horizontal surface than a component mounted on the car. It will also save you the work of masking the remaining parts.

3. protect the repaired area with masking tape. If the item was not disassembled, you can use masking paper or film with tape for this, so the work will go much faster.

Remember to use a dedicated masking tape for automotive painting, which will not leave glue residues or lint on the repaired surface.

4. gently sand the surface with sandpaper to remove any remaining old paint or corrosion. Start with p400 paper.

5. Clean the repaired surface with silicone remover and an anti-static cloth that thoroughly collects the tiniest dirt.

6. Cover the repaired surface with spray primer, two layers, evaporation time between layers 5-10 minutes. If you are painting plastic parts, remember to use a suitable primer, which will be flexible enough not to crack under the influence of the forces, and will ensure optimal adhesion to the substrate.

When the primer is dry, wipe the surface with fine-grained water sandpaper, e.g. p1000.

8. clean the surface again.

(Before applying color, it is a good idea to try the painting technique, for example, on cardboard or other flat surface, also check the color matching).

9.Cover the surface with spray clear coat. Remember to use thin layers, applying the lacquer in horizontal lines. Lacquer laid thickly will run off, making leaks. After each layer, give the thinners a few minutes to evaporate (no less than 10 minutes).

11. remember that the clear coat must cure well after application. It is best to leave the car for about 24 hours before use.
